Refreshing!

This is my go-yo after work tea, when I need a bit of a pick me up without caffeine. IT is relaxing and also gives you a bit of a boost to make dinner etc without the caffeine crash after, and it is mild enough to fall asleep soon after drinking it if you want.

Great mint tea

Mint tea has always been my favourite tea as it reminds me of my childhood. Although, I don’t find it different then other mint teas I’ve had..I do enjoy it. It has a great taste and it’s a nice and smooth tea. I usually drink it to stop cramps and upset tummies. Does what it needs to.

MInty Fresh

This tea literally packs a punch. A hot drink perfect for early mornings, and a cold minty feel that really wakes you up in the morning. A little hack I love using mint tea bags, after steeping, I use the bags after it cools down to help depuff my eyes and after they fully dry, I use them to deodorize my shoes. Just pop them into your shoe and let the minty tea bag absorb away the smell

Refreshing

I really enjoy the taste of Tazo Refresh Mint Herbal Tea especially if I have a cold or a sore throat. It's very refreshing and has a noticable minty flavour, that doesn't take away from the tea flavour. The mint feels really good on the throat.

I love using Tazo tea. I am never disappointed. There mint tea is full of flavor and has an amazing aroma. It is simple, refreshing and everything you could want out of a mint tea. I always drink my tea plain but it would be yummy with honey as well.

I loved the taste!

I only drink herbal tea, and mint is one of my preferred flavors, but I have to say that finding a good one can be rather difficult, Tazo refresh-mint was by far one of the best that I have ever had. the blend of mint and spearmint was perfect.

So Tazo Refresh Mint Herbal tea is a do-to after dinner tea in my house. it is light and refreshing (like the name) and is a perfect way to end a meal. I also have it sometimes to settle my stomach and helps when I have had a big meal. I think everyone should have Refresh Mint on standby in their house. It is great
