I like this one it is a great sturdy one and I like the fact that I can use it at work as my seat at my desk especially for the days I am not able to get to the gym I at least feel like I did some kind of work out. It actually makes a better seat at my desk then my own chair does

This Balance Ball is pretty thick, and comparable to my old Bally's Fitness Balance Ball.

It does come with a pump, which is pretty useless when pumping the ball up from scratch. I ended up using our bicycle pump over a period of an hour (it was tough to pump by hand with the bike pump, but MUCH quicker than it would of been with the pump it came with).

I also comes with two plugs and an exercise sheet for basic exercises you can do with the ball.

I have the 75cm ball, which is a nice height compared to the 65cm ball. Even my tall husband can use this ball without any discomfort.

I haven't had to inflate the ball over the last 4 weeks we have had it, so it definitely holds its own.
