I am obsessed with red bean paste..

You can purchase a package of these buns from T&T;for $5. You get 6 buns per package. You keep the package in the freezer and when you are ready to eat them you put them in a steamer for 15-20 minutes. The bread is soft, fluffy and delicious. It tastes homemade. The bun is round with filling inside (but flat bottom to stand up).The outside of the bread has a mild film on it and the inside is super fluffy. The red bean paste is thick and there is a good amount. The red bean paste is sweet and it is smooth. This tastes like a dessert paste and not like it is made of beans at all. The paste is sweet but not overly sweet and it compliments the bun which does not have a sweetness to it. This is a great option as part of lunch or a side to dinner.
