I would recommend the product. When you really need it for coverage it there. I use them every month. Some days i have heavy days and with the different size packages I can chose which one for each day.

TENA is the ever best napkins there is and whats the catch to them is they renovated the wings they put on a garter inside which is convinient to what ever type of panty you are wearing and they really have a leak protection..
