We've been using these for years on special needs adult. They work very well. They don't bunch up and give back dignity. They are latex free which is important to us and not scented. I find they don't push his pants size up as they have gotten thinner - newer version. For 16 the price is a little over a dollar each here in NL so I think that's is a little expensive. It's because it's a 'special' product. The price always goes up then.
