I do not use any other shortening when I'm making my amazing empanada dough. Tenderflake is superior to other vegetable shortenings, it is just perfect!!

I buy Tenderflake Vegetable Shortening because it is an ingredient along with butter in pastry for pies. I usually pick blackberries in August and then make homemade pies with Tenderflake to freeze.
