A mild flavoured oil with a great scent

I used this last night on roasted potatoes and they were SO good. The flavour is a little milder than I would like but still noticeable. The smell of the potatoes cooking was the best part - the oil has a distinct garlic scent that fills the house. It has a true garlic flavour, no fake bitterness or chemical aftertaste.
