Great to have before hitting the sack!

A friend gave me one of these to try as I drink Chamomile tea occasionally.
I think this product is lovely, it's like having a warm hug before going to bed to settle me to sleep.
Tastes light with no heavy strong singular tastes.
I feel it literally does help you wind down for a peaceful sleep.
Although I haven't yet, I can imagine making myself this tea in the evening before settling down for nice romantic film too.
