Great tropical tea

I think this tea is great and tropical. I love tropical fruit so this tea + green tea is reminds me of the summer. Similar to the SUPER GREEN BOOST BERRY, I like to chill this tea for a few hours (with the addition of a very small amount of honey) and drink it cold with some ice).

Even if I drink it warm it has a nice tropical flavour that is refreshing. Not so sure about the Vitamin C qualities yet as I imagine you might have to drink quite a few to see any real benefits but it is a nice added touch.

Smells Delightful. Taste Slightly Undewhelming.

The packaging is very appealing to the eye. The added Vitamin C is a definite NEED in the cold Alberta winters with flu season upon us. Brewing this tea you instantly get the delicious tropical scent. Brewed exactly to the brewing instructions its a decent tea. I prefer to leave the bag in longer and maybe add a tiny pinch of honey. This tea will get slurped up in this house. it was very refreshing a nice green tea leaving the reminiscence of mango and pineapple.

Green Tea with a hint of the Tropics

I am not a fruity tea kind of gal, but I actually quite liked this one. It was great after a night of drinking and would probably be very good as an "iced" tea!

okay taste

if you steep it to long it tastes very strong, however the package is easy to use because it is individual tea bags. Makes it easy to travel with and bring to work.

A Great Tea

I was lucky enough to review this tea and two others free, courtesy of chick advisor.
This tea was my favourite of the 3. It packed the most flavour. It had that citrusy, fruity flavour that we all enjoyed. And smelled delish. I love that it has added vitamin c!

Not my favourite flavour, but good for you!

When it comes to tea, I'm a frequent drinker and I drink a wide variety, from delicate white tea to strong black tea, to subtle green tea and then some. Flavoured green teas are very tricky because the flavours have to either complement the bitterness in the green tea, or overwhelm it with a different flavour. In this instance, they overwhelmed it with tropical flavour. It's not bad per se, but it is rather strong and tasted fake to me, an artificial tropical flavour.

That said, I was very intrigued that 25% of my daily Vitamin C dose was in a simple cup of tea, so I know I'll definitely reach for these tea bags on days when I need that extra hit, but it won't be my first choice in the morning.

Love the tropics

I received the Super Green Antiox Tropical tea for free from Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest review!
As someone who loves the tropics, I was super excited to try this tea out! This tea tasted like a combination of pineapples, green tea, and mango, all of which I love! The pineapple and mango flavours weren't overpowering, so they didn't take away from the flavour of the actual green tea.
As an individual who loves the outdoors and is always taking walks outside, I'm sure my body has built up a lot of free radicals. Without getting too scientific, free radicals are molecules with an extra electron that disrupt the function of our cells, causing us to look older than we actually are (through wrinkles). Antioxidants help to eliminate free radicals. Drinking tea that is high in antioxidant really helps reduce the level of free radicals in our body, which is good if you are trying to avoid wrinkles!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this tea too others!

Very Soothing

When I opened the container, I didn't like the smell coming out of the tea pouches. After I steeped it in water, I thought it had a very tropical smell. It tasted pretty nice, I couldn't taste pineapple or mango as per the image on the package, but it was still a soothing drink. The ingredients say its green tea, natural flavours and vitamin C. My favourite fruits put together into one teabag!

I recieved this free product through the Product Review Club and I am happy to be part of the study.

I was really excited to try this tea when I got the email confirming I'm part of the study. Mango and pineapple are two of my most favourite fruits. If I see any kind of beverage that has these two fruits together, I don't hesitate to pick them up. I find this tea great for when you are trying to eat clean..or a way to detox all the junk food out of your system before eating clean 😁

I love the scent, I love the taste but I do wish it was a tad stronger as I am using two tea bags. I can't give it 5 stars because of that fact.

Would I purchase this item in the store? Yes I would!
