Falls short for me...
I tested out Tetley Super Herbal Immune Lemon and Echinacea with Zink.
I love the idea of zinc added to my tea. It’s a brilliant concept but for me falls short. This tea smells strong both in the tin and steeped. I love the tub it comes, easy open close lid and small for lack of cupboard space.
The first thing I noticed was the overwhelming smell but in comparison to smell the tea didn’t steep well. I steeped it for 4 minutes and it was very very pale. It had very little flavour so I added a little bit of honey to sweeten it but even then it was bland. Unfortunately this will not become a regular in my home.

Okay.
This is not really my cup of tea. I'm not a big lemon fan.. but I was surprised how smooth it was. I felt good after drinking it. Not sure if I would buy it.. maybe it grows on you. Only tried once so far
Taste is good, but not strong or long lasting
This tea tastes like pretty much what it advertises - herbal and lemon. To be clear, I like both! I usually talk about adding a sweetener to other teas, but this one I actually just went for it and added a couple drops of honey. While the flavour of the first cup is good, it's neither super strong nor soothing. It's just sort of "there", and nothing remarkable. I think there are a lot of other similar teas on the market.
Unlike the other teas in the Super Tea collection Tetley just released, you can't use this bag for multiple infusions. I got one solid extra large mug, and the second mug steeped to a more chamomile-like colour than a deep, lemony yellow. So for that, you're getting less value than stronger teas you can get multiple cups out of. The tea itself is okay. Tea, herbal teas specifically, and good hydration are paramount when you're ill so if you like the flavour, go for it! You'll only enjoy it for one cup, but it's better than forgoing a nice hot drink altogether.
