Their champagne truffles are what most of my friends rave about. I think they are okay, but I am not a fan of alcoholic chocolate.

That aside, I love their stores. You walk in and it looks like spring on steriods. Floor to ceiling decorations of green and flowers. The one in Toronto with William Ashely is nice, but the ones in San Franciso and Europe are even nicer.

I have their solid bar collection. I tend to buy a bunch of their small bars and then sit down with a coffee and sample each one. :-P Guilty pleasure.

They are a bit pricey however, so likely not an everyday eating chocolate, but great when you want to treat yourself (or a friend).
