Muy rico! Yum!

I like it because of its delicious flavour and because it makes my life easier lol. Great to make quesadillas, to add it to nachos, saladas, potatoes and casseroles.

I bought a double pack of Tex Mex shredded cheese from Costco. They each have a resealable Ziploc to keep cheese fresh. I love using this on top of Mexican burritos or nachos.
