Only good things to say!!

I got this as a gift last year for Christmas and I only have good things to say! First of all, I love how you can adjust the temperature to degrees and not just low/med/high. Cooking temperatures are a lot more accurate this way. I love how its easy to clean(hence the EZ clean name). Its like every piece can be taken appart for an easy and in depth cleaning. Only things I cant put in my dishwasher is the plug and electronic back part. Finally, the piece de resistance, the used oil can be filtered through the bottom and goes into the plastic container at the bottom. This container has a large top lid(for easy cleaning), a smaller screw lid(to empty oil in a bottle or not make a mess when pouring oil back in the fryer) and allows you to store your clean used oil in the fridge! Love it!!!
