Fantastic Flavour

The smell of this cooking makes me salivate, its absolutely wonderful. It's also great that its vegan/vegetarian friendly, which can be hard to find in Thai sauces. It can be a bit pricey if you need a lot of the paste for a recipe but I think it is worth the flavour payoff.

This is my favourite Green Curry paste. It is a vegan option which is difficult to find. It has a very authentic flavour and works best for soups but also does well in other curry dishes. Only a small amount is needed to get a lot of flavour. It has a slight spicy kick but suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, espcially when mixed with coconut milk. The jar often comes with a recipe too.
