Not your average soup!

My kids are always wanting ramen noodles for a quick snack and I just can’t bring myself to buy them, so we settle for these. The kids love them! They have great flavour and are still quite inexpensive to buy. I even love these noodles, especially with some added green onion and thinly sliced celery or peppers. It’s delicious.

I really love noodle soup. I especially love it when I'm craving a savoury dish late at night and am too lazy to make anything else. I'm not on a strict gluten free diet, however because my brother has celiac disease, we do have a lot of gluten free snacks and food on hand. These rice noodles ha e a similar texture to your normal noodle soup, but it is just a little more firm. it does have an odd starchy smell, so if that scent does not bother you the taste is great. We had the garlic and vegetable flavour.
