this is the best spot concealer ever -- it's certainly worth the $20. a little bit of this concealer goes a long way, covering all blemishes/spots/hyperpigmentation flawlessly and with next to no effort. enriched with tea tree oil, it does indeed help to clear the spots up. it makes me feel good about my makeup because i'm helping to heal my skin rather than just damage it more. love this stuff, it's literally "the balm."
