I've tried many different eye make up removers but consistently come back to this one. It is effective, gentle and never irritates my skin.

I really like this product. It's great for sensitive skin and I wear contacts and doesn't irritate my eyes like some eye makeup removers do. The smell is pleasant and a little bit goes a long way. Haven't tried it with waterproof mascara yet but I'm sure it will do just as well

I have tried several make-up removers and always go back to this. It removes my mascara and my lashes feel softer. I also like that the product does not use animal testing.

Nice and gentle, but gets all the waterproof mascara off at the end of the day. Definitely works well and feels good on skin.

This is the makeup remover that I use regularly. I usually use it only to remove the excess makeup after I shower though, so it really doesn't have to work very hard. I find that it has a hard time removing my waterproof mascara, but I like that it is gentle on my eyes and doesn't leave a residue.

I found that it did not do a good job of removing my kohl pencil black eyeliner. It smeared the black eyeliner around my eyes, but did not remove most of it. Additionally, I found that it irritated my eyes so be extra careful not to get it in your eyes.

While I'm a fan of most Body Shop products, this is one product I wasn't too impressed with. For the price I expected it to work more effectively.

It does live up to the claim of being a gentle eye makeup remover. I have very sensitive eyes but this product did not irritate my eyes at all or the skin around it. It has a mild scent which I really like. Additionally, it doesn't leave any oily residue and it's not drying either. The skin around my eyes remained moisturized after using it.

In terms of it's effectiveness, it was able to remove most makeup products. However, it's not very effective at removing waterproof make-up, specially mascaras. While you do get a large amount of product, I had to use a lot of it to completely remove my mascara. These are the main reasons why I wouldn't recommend this product. There are other less expensive drugstore makeup removers that work a lot better than this one.

I use a lot of Body shop products for face and body, because they always have sales going on, and I like their products in general. This make up remover does its job fairly well with regular mascara, however, I found it a little bit hard to remove my water proof mascara. It does removes the rest of the eye makeup fine (eyeshadow and so on).

It is not drying, or leave an oily film, if you don't like that. Just be careful not to get it in your eye, because it really stings.

This product is great for anyone. It is pretty much scent-free and works even on sensitive skin. It is a mild formula so it doesn't sting much if accidentally applied in the eye. Great are waterproof make-up as well.

This is the most gentle make up remover that I have tried which is great for sensitive skin. Mascara is a little more difficult, however, it is still my favourite that I've tried so far! It smells mild and is a great way to finish off the day.
