This is a great moisturizer and keeps my skin feeling soft all day! It is a little pricey but I usually wait for the sales & then buy a handful at a time!
I used this product in conjunction with Bio-oil throughout my first pregnancy and did not get any stretch marks. I used the body butter more at night because I found it was a little too rich to apply right before dressing for work. It tended to be a little on the sticky side but it smelled heavenly.
I love the way this makes my skin look, shiny and healthy! I use it mostly for my legs since it's kind of heavy. The coconut scents smells like a real coconut. It makes my skin feel soft.
I love this butter. It's so hydrating, feels so good on the skin, smells good.. I love everything about it. Thumbs up!
This body butter does all it says and more. With it being winter in the midwest i needed somethng that would keep my skin soft. this product did that. It even repaired my damaged knees and elbows
Tee hee! Funny you should mention this Allychick_Ling. I am not a big fan of the Body Shop's Coco Butter Body Butter smell either. I tried it once because I was told that coco butter improves skins elasticity. My friends normally start using this stuff when they are pregnant etc to prevent stretch marks (apparently it positively works wonders for that) etc. Anyway, I don't know what i am going to do when that time of life comes for me because I am not a big fan of many coco butter scented creams....too strong for my liking.... Having said that, this product works well in terms or moisturization, and I am told that it works to prevent stretch marks etc. Now if only the Body Shop could make one that is a little less scented with all the benefits listed above....
I don't know what tempted me to buy this kind...maybe it was the illusion that wearing cocoa butter will make you feel sexy in the summer. Well it didn't. This one smelled like it had one too many chemicals. Everytime I wear this, my boyfriend asks..."What is that stinky smell?!" ... yeah not the response you're expecting when you lather this lotion up in hopes of feeling sexy. The other body butters are actually not that bad at all - but cocoa butters doesn't rank up there with the rest of them.
