Not your usual scrub!

When I first tried this scrub I was a little disappointed. Like other reviewers, I found it did not contain the gritty stuff as usual but larger chunks of what I suppose are almond pieces. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I don't scrub with it but pat it on and gently swirl in a circular motion and then let it stay on my skin for a few minutes while I finish my showering and then rinse it off. Since I have very pink skin that can turn quite red in harsh conditions I probably shouldn't scrub any way.

Another great Body Shop product!

I love the body shop because of the quality of their products and their commitment to sustainable practises and being environmentally conscious. This coconut body scrub is yet another great product and provides exfoliation with the wonderful scent of coconuts.The only downside to many of the body shop products is the price point which can be quite expensive in comparison to drugstore brands, but it’s worth it!

Lovely product

This product is lovely just like all the other products The Body Shop sells. You will not be disappointed! It not only smells great but also has wonderful skin smoothing properties. Just the right amount of grit and creaminess. I will definitely purchase this scrub again!

It was my first time trying this body scrub as i have very sensitive skin and fell in love with the smell of it and how soft my body feels after using it. Will be ordering more

Great exfoliant!

Not only does the coconut smell amazing but it also leaves your skin feeling baby soft! I personally love to use this after shaving my legs to ensure super soft skin! Gets rid of dry skin no problem :)

Best Exfoliating, gentle body scrub

I love the whole Body Shop Coconut line, but the body scub is one of my favourites, especially when using it prior to using the Coconut Body Milk. This body scrub is so gentle and makes my skin so smooth.

I would not repurchase this product. I have received it in a gift basket from a friend for the holidays. The scrub was difficult to get out of the tub without getting large amounts of water in the tub and there weren't nearly enough "scrubbing" particles in the mixture. The ratio of the creme/gel to scrubbers should have been way higher. It felt just like using a body butter in the shower. My skin was left feeling almost greasy rather than exfoliated. The only way I was able to use this up was by wearing one of those scrubbing mitts and scooping on of the product onto the mitt. By using the mitt, I made sure that I was a) actually getting so exfoliation and b)not left with a weird residue because I was exfoliating. One positive point is that it smelled really good! Even using the mitt with the product still left my skim with a great scent after I hopped on out.

I used this during my pregnancy and found that it was just a bit too harsh on my skin. It smells really nice and it's really hydrating once you wash off but personally the exfoliators reminded me of the St. Ives Apricot Scrub which is just way too harsh for my skin.

This is a good body scrub that can be used to exfoliate your skin. The smell is great, it reminds me of vacation with the coconut smell! I have used two of the small size tubs and overall I enjoyed it. I used this product about once a week and anytime before I apply a self tanner. Personally, I prefer a sugar scrub because it is a little less harsh on the skin therefore in terms of the Body Shop, I will continue to purchase the Shea Body Scrub.

This stuff is just amazing, you have to try it for yourself. A delicious scent, a semi-affordable price ($20 for a container, but goes on sale for $10 quite often), and it works very well on skin, especially sensitive skin like mine.
