I love these exfoliating gloves, especially to use on my heels. At times, they feel like I've been walking in the desert barefoot! I use them in the shower. I let my feet get really wet and after about 5 minutes, I start at the toes and work towards the heels. It works great, just remember to slather on a thick, rich cream. Not a lotion. In the Winter, our skin needs a thick cream, not lotion. I then put on socks and off to bed to wake up to baby feet. Try it.
