I always get this out around fall and use it all winter. A little goes a long way and it moisturizes my hands ( and feet) like no other. It does feel a bit greasy but I don't mind that. I'm not a big fan of the tube itself and I find it looks really used and beaten up when the product gets used but not a huge deal. I got it on sale so I can't complain about the price.
Love this stuff. It smells cream and creates a barrier on my hands. Hands get really dry and sore in the winter months and this product helps a lot. always have some on hand.
I really like this hand lotion. It works amazingly on dry skin and goes on thick without leaving the greasy feeling. My fav is the non scented one. I recently bought a scented one and I was disappointed with the scent. This is still one of my fav hand lotions though.
My hands are super dry and rough (I believe I've damaged them using another brand of body lotion which I will not name here) and therefore was looking for the most moisturizing hand lotion I can find at the Body Shop. The sales girl at the Body Shop pointed me to this product but warned me of the smell. I smelled it at the store and didn't have a problem with it and then purchased two tubes later when there was a really good sale.
I have to admit that I dislike the packaging A LOT. The metal opening does not feel comfortable on the hands and for my first tube, the cream exploded from the end of the tube (the explosion was partly my fault because I exerted pressure when the lid was on).
Now for the product inside, it is thick and moisturizing but because it is so thick, I don't think it gets absorbed into my skin. The biggest problem I have with this product is the scent. Although I didn't have a problem with the scent in the beginning, I now have to disagree. My family all hate it and would tell me that I smell really bad (makes me wonder if people at work think that about me too since I apply this throughout the day - I still have quite a bit left and do not want to waste just because it smells bad). Once I'm done with this, I will go back to the shea, cocoa, or coconut body butter.
Ehh .. It's too hyped up. My friend introduced me to this product. She said it's an amazing hand lotion that leaves her skin silky smooth but, i don't see it. I've used this product for 4 months but still no change in opinion. I am full not that impressed.
This stuff smells terrible. Like decomposing compost. However, it works really well. This is exactly what I want on hand when I just finished cleaning and my hands are raw from cleaning supplies. To be honest, the smell actually works for me. It feels like a mud mask for your hands and smells like one too. It didn't leave my hands greasy and my hands didn't smell like a swamp for long. I think there is a certain psychological aspect to the smell. It seems very detoxifying.
Didn't care for the smell. I also found it left a residue on my skin and didn't improve its condition. Skin was still dry yet greasy. Would not purchase again.
This is the best hand cream ever! It works amazing for dry hands. I know people who had dry, cracked, raw hands (hairstylists with their hands in water all day) and using this hand cream has turned it around.
The only thing that I don't like about it is the smell. It is a cream I would only use at home because of it.
This hand cream is the most I've ever used. I consider it the gold standard I compare other hand creams to.
This cream certainly provides top moisture for your skin. I am not a fan of the scent (there are others id much rather use) however it is a lot more effective then most.
By far a favorite when it comes to hand creams. Leaves my hands feeling so soft and moisturized but I cannot seem to hold on to this tube for very long. The boyfriend always manages to sneak it away from me.
