Sticky Balm - Not Very Hydrating For Dry Lips

I got this lip balm as a gift and was excited to try it as The Body Shop is known for having good quality products. I was disappointed in the quality of this product. I felt the balm was really sticky and actually made my lips more chapped and dependent on the frequent re-application of the balm the more I used it. This could also be because I have dry lips, so it might be better for someone who doesn't. The balms do come in a variety of flavours and smell good. They also leave a nice shine. Around the holidays there are also often deals where one can find these at a great price. It's not the worst balm I've ever used but I prefer something with more hydrating qualities. If you're just looking for a light shine and something that smells nice, this might be for you.
