Thick 'n' sticky

Boy, this is a THICK moisturiser! I have normal skin all over my body and this just coated it in a greasy film! This is probably better for someone who has incredibly dry skin.

It moisturises nicely though and leaves skin soft once you've been wearing clothes for the day (essentially wiping some product off).

The other issue is the scent - it's lovely and fruity but is slightly overpowering.

Love the body butter and the scent

I have bought a ton of these body butters from the Body Shop and this one-like the others-is SUPER moisturizing, long lasting and has a great scent.
The formula is one of my favourite creams because it is so thick and since I have a little bit of dry skin this is a go to!
The scent is really pretty, very strong but a nice scent. But i would have to say that some of there other scents I like more.
The price is a little expensive since i find the product finishes really quick.

Smells like vacation

You just can't go wrong with Body a Shop body butters. I have tons. I picked this up on the weekend, I had not tried the mango. It's very fragrant, and smells sweet and fruity yum...but it's a tad too strong for me. It's a very velvety texture that is great for summer, the packaging is simple and eye catching. If you like fruity tropical and strong this is for you.....

The scent of this body butter is to die for. It smells incredible. It's very moisturizing, and sinks into the skin quite quickly. It's not too thick which I also appreciate. It's a little more expensive then I'd like.

I love to stock up on the body butters from the Body Shop when they are on sale - when they go on sale they become a pretty great value! One tub lasts a long time and all of the different scents work really well. The mango has a nice crisp, fresh scent perfect for summer days or winter days when you are longing for summer to return.

This review is strange, as I said "fugheddaboutit"" but gave it 4 stats LOL.. I just get so nauseous from the smell of the Mango. It is so sweet and although smells so like the real fruit, it still has that perfume side to it that gives me a migraine. I know I am not the only one who gets headaches, nauseous, and migraines from strong smells. That is why so many work places now put up signs saying ""Fragrance Free Zone".

If you are like me, and suffer from these symptoms too, this wouldn't be a good choice for you.

It is, however, very creamy, smooth, and soaks into your skin in a heart beat and last 24 hours against dryness. It does also leave the skin slippery afterwards, so if you put it on your feet, be careful on slippery floors, I have made that mistake before, boom, I fell pretty hard. lol..

The Mango Body Butter smells amazing. It smells like a mango yogurt you could almost eat it. Its very smooth and creamy. It leaves my skin feeling smooth, moisturize and smelling good.

I like the body shop's products because of their quality and price point. This butter is very rich and makes my skin very nourished. The only thing that keeps me from buying it is the strong/heavy scent that I can't stand. I'd have purchase more of their products if it's not heavily scented to a point that everyone notice me putting on the butter when I have the lid open.

I like the scent of the mango in this body butter, its not too strong but leaves a nice subtle scent after applying the body butter. I dont like that its a bit too greasy for spring/summer/fall months. So really, I can only use it one season a year, but to be fair, it does claim to be for very dry skin.

I used all the body butters when I was pregnant. The smell of all of them are just lovely and lingers for a long time. It kind of melts when you use it which makes it do easy to apply. It's like a dream!
