I received this product as a part of the Product Review Club......I have been using this regularly since I received it. I believe that my facial lines seem to be just slighly diminished and my skin tone, I would have to say seems abit more "supple" I really like the fresh scent of the product.....and alittle product seems to go along way......Wish I had the other products to try as well to see if using the complete line would make more of a difference. My only gripe is: the instructions on the box itself need to be clearer. The Body shop website had great tips on using the product, tips which would be extremely helpful had they been on the box itself. Would I recommend it....definately........Look forward to seeing what happens with continual use over the next few months :)

I received my first product to review since joining the product review club. I was pleased to receive a smoothing serum because it's important for me to take good care of my skin. I am in my late 20's and haven't noticed any visible lines or wrinkles yet but I am all about prevention. I love that this product is organic and it makes me feel better to know I am using more natural ingredients. I noticed a difference after only a couple of days. My skin feels softer. The serum is lightweight and absorbs well into my skin. It doesn't make my skin feel oily at all. It has a fresh scent such a lemongrass hint. I like this product and I would recommend it.

I received the Nutriganics Smoothing Serum to review from The Body Shop.

To be honest, it took me a while to decide on it. For a start, I didn't notice marked results for some time, but that was because I had been using another anti-aging serum and I wonder if there was not much more improvement that could be made.

However, I did start to notice softening of fine lines after several weeks and my skin adjusted quite quickly to the formula (I usually have problems when switching). What I loved best about this serum was the light scent, the feeling of delicate moisturization and overall smoother texture to my skin as a result of using this product.

This serum is not necessarily meant to be used alone, but as a step in between washing and applying your daily moisturizer. However, I agree that if you do not normally need a heavier moisturizer, this product may well do the job for you. It doesn't contain spf, so you should be careful to use a facial sunscreen on top.

I love Body Shop's commitment to eco and social issues and am excited about the whole Nutriganics line.

This is a great product. I love that it contains mostly natural and organic ingredients. The serum applies on very smoothly and absorbed quickly into the skin. I like how it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy afterward. The scent is quite gentle and quite refreshing.

I've used it for about a week, and my skin feels softer. My cheeks, which tends to dry out, stay moisturized. The smoothing serum is a terrific moisturizer. I don't think it really eliminates fine lines, but I've only used it for a week. Definitely buy this as a preventative treatment.

I like the texture of this serum.It is lightweight and could be easily absorb.There was not a touch of stickiness or oiliness upon application,even a few hours later.I like how the product hydrates my face and after 2 weeks of usage,I could see that my laughing lines are softer and less obvious.My overall complexion also seems to be brighter although I would like to quality that it only brighten my skin tone,but not my freckles.I like the gently fragranced scent of funnel and orange oils(like a fresh smell from Amazon region: -).I highly recommend it.

The first thing I noticed is its packaging. It is well designed (the pump is really of a fairly high quality in my opinion).

The second, is the wonderful SMELL. It smells like roses to me, and I am huge fan of the Korres Wild Rose line, so this is right up in my alley.

They call it a smoothing serum that will moisturize and restore your skin's suppleness.

Honestly, it's just like a moisturizer to me. But a bit more liquidy. I half expected it to be a bit thicker, but I am happy it wasn't because a little goes a long way.

One full pump of the product is a small dollop (smaller than the radius of a dime), but is sufficient to cover your whole face if you dab dots on your forehead & cheeks.

The smell isn't just roses, but it's what I smell the strongest..then it turns into a kind of smoky, sandalwood and orange essence hint. It's something you'd smell if you were in Morocco or Egypt. It makes me think of deserts, spices and fragrant rose & orange water.

99% of the ingredients are "natural" (not that it really matters, because some man-made ingredients can be better than the natural stuff)... and 34% of it is organic (again, it may not matter as much depending on what ingredients you're talking about).

It is eco-certified and made in France.

My only concern would be that there are a LOT of ingredients in here. Like, a crazy amount.

The main ingredients are water and glycerin -- both being VERY good for your skin in terms of drawing in moisture from the air to keep your skin hydrated.

Next is olive fruit oil, jojoba oil -- both good and close to our natural skin's oils, which means it will be less acne-causing.

Then a whole bunch of preservative ingredients (I'm guessing) finishing off with fragrances of Mandarin Orange, Fennel, Vanilla and Rose.

I like smoothing it on my hands, because it doesn't over moisturize, and if I accidentally touch my face with my hand, it won't transfer heavy moisturizers onto my face & cause acne.

I've only used it for a couple of days, but so far, it's almost like a light serum to infuse into your skin, rather than being something that will really replace your night or day moisturizer.

I'd use this at night, in the summer, when you don't need as heavy of a moisturizer as let's say in the winter.

The lotion absorbs nicely, and doesn't seem to leave a huge amount of residue, but I do feel something there (although my face doesn't feel weighed down).

As what you can expect from The Body Shop brand, the smoothing serum is of high quality--a perfect product for women in their early thirties, who may start to show early signs of aging. I love its feel on my skin--soft, smooth, and moisturized! It's non-greasy, fast absorbing, and nourishing. Only a small amount goes a long way. It retails around $15--definitely a good value for the price. Better yet, it's organic and bears the ECOCERT seal. I highly recommend it.

This serum claims to soften, revitalize, smooth and improve suppleness. It does! I think it is fantastic!! It has a very light, lemon-pepper scent. It goes on very easily and is absorbed quickly without leaving any greasiness or residue. Even without using any of the companion products from The Body Shop, I saw an almost immediate difference in my skin. I don't really have any wrinkles yet, but this product still made my face feel smoother, softer and younger. More importantly to me, it also has eliminated the patches of very dry skin I had on my forehead. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone! I will definitely continue to buy this product for myself!

Makes your skin look and feel velvety smooth, soft and supple. Also has a wonderful light and airy fragrance, not to strong, very suttle. And best of all this product is a green product...all natural, love it and highly recommend it.
