I shop body shop often I always find their products to be top quality and this serum is one of them. Makes my skin feel moisturized and velvety smooth i would recommend it to anyone and body shop products in general are all very good

I received this product as part of the product advisor club and much appreciated the freebie! I have used Body Shop products in the past but not recently. I have generally found their products to be of good quality but a little on the pricey side. This product retails for about 25 bucks CDN.
I have not made a habit of using a serum in the past. I am in my late 20’s and have found any other kind of “pre-moisturizing” lotion to be too thick on my skin and experienced breakouts. It just didn’t seem like a necessary part of my skin care routine. I was excited to try this product though, because it seemed lighter and more apt for younger skin. I have mostly normal skin with a pimple once in a while. I would say that my skin tends to be a little sensitive as many products have made me break out. I am medium fair with a few freckles. I have a few small lines around my eyes but no real signs of aging. I was hoping that this product would refine the tone and texture of my skin.
This product comes in a cardboard box which as I’ve stated in other reviews I have mixed emotions about. I like the box but I don’t like extra packaging. The product comes in an opaque tube which some people may not like because they like to see the product but I actually like the opaque container as then the product is protected from light. This product seems to have a lot of oils in it and I know that sunlight has a detrimental effect on the integrity of the product. I also like the pump because I don’t like wasting product and one squirt is the perfect amount to smooth over your face. The colour and print on the packing is very “natural” looking and appealing.
This serum feels light on the fingers and has a non-greasy feel which I was relived at because of the many oils listed on the ingredients. As I said earlier, one squirt is the perfect amount and applies smoothly and evenly on my face. The smell of the product is so-so but it doesn’t linger which is nice. The product is very quickly absorbed and leaves a non-greasy feel on my face. I still use moisturizer but I have cut the amount by about 1/3 as I don’t want too much thickness on my face and it’s Summertime which means I use less as the air is less dry. After applying moisturizer my face feels smooth and clean.
I resisted reviewing this product in the first week of getting it because I wanted to wait at least 10 days to really get a feel for how the results would be. I am actually very pleased with this product. No breakouts, my skin is actually smoother and the tone appears to be more even. This may also be because I have been out on my bike a bit and got some sun but I actually think the serum has something to do with it. I will probably stop using this product for about a week in a little bit just to see what it’s like when I stop it and I shall update at that time with additional details.

This product claims to be largely organic and natural and it seems like a more natural product but I am also one of those people who know that most everything, no matter how natural has some artificial emulsifiers and preservatives. It’s not something that is a real deal breaker for me but something I really like is that Body Shop products are not tested on animals.

To conclude I would say that I really like this product. I have a feeling that when it’s gone I will buy it again. I would also definitely try the rest of the line. Definitely recommend it. Thanks for the product to review!

The first thing that I noticed was the fact that it is an organic product that is reusable. It is a small product that really lives up to its claim. I started using the product about two weeks ago, and was a little skeptica. It claims to soften, rejuvenate, improve skin suppleness with organic ingredients such as babbassu oil. I don't know much about the babassu oil, but I do know that it has noticeable effects on my skin. My face seems more youthful, and the lines are less noticeable. My face is dewey fresh, almost like it was when I was in my teens and did not care about the signs of aging. I have received so many positive compliments on my improved face. Everything from, did you get a face lift to did you go on vacation? I won't tell if you won't tell. But from the first time that I just applied a dot to my fingertips and applied it to my face, I knew that it was magic. It was not oily, it was creamy. When I applied it to my face, it did not feel tacky or sticky. It felt light and dewey. When it was applied, I did not look like I had been in an oil slick. It looked like I had applied one of the greatest facial moisturizers, that just improved the quality of my facial skin gradually over a short period of time. If my face looks like this good today, I wonder what it will look like in another couple of weeks. This is a genie in a bottle, and I am not about to divulge this secret potion to friends. Shhhhh! No one needs to know our secret.

What a lucky chick I am!!! Received this as part of the product review club and I am loving it!!! It's a wonderful, lightweight moisturizer which is so nice for those hot & sticky summer days.... I've been using this product for about 10 days now and I can definitely feel an improvement on my face... My fine lines are less visible and my skin is definitely smoother. This product does what it says.... LOVE IT!

I was extremely happy with "The Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing Serum." It has made my skin so soft and supple and appears and feels smoother. I have had so many compliments since I began using it that I have lost count. I keep getting asked what I did to my skin and I have told them all that the only thing different that I've done is started using the Body Shop's Nutriganics Smoothing Serum. I think it has a nice fresh scent and it's not greasy at all. It makes my skin feel really healthy and gives me a nice glow without looking shiny. I plan on getting more of this product and it will be on my top ten list forever. Love it!

I love this stuff!! At first i was skeptical because i'd thought it'd be another serum that would leave my face and makeup sticky all day long. As soon as I put it on, the serum immediately absorbed in to my skin and felt great. I have extra dry skin so I put on my cetaphil over top, then my makeup and my skin felt great all day. Its my 4th day using it and I didn't get any breaks, no reactions. Really great product!!

l received this product as part of the product review club. lt's a small product,but a little goes a long way with this one.l was impressed that it is made of 99 percent ingredients from natural origin. l love the little pump on it,very efficient. l used it the first time and l immediately felt my face soothed. lt feels amazing.l then apply my moisturizer.l'm really impressed by this product,although it's just a little pricey. l can see myself continuing to use this product. l thoroughly recommend it for soothing the skin ,especially if you have dry skin like l do.

I absolutely adore this product because it left my skin feeling so so soft and amazing. I was a bit skeptical at first about the effectiveness of it but once I put it on my skin it was so silky and smooth I just loved it. I think the only thing is that it is a bit oily when you apply it but once it goes in it is very silky and leaves your skin bright, fresh and glowing with vitality. I actually have already recommended it to all of my friends and most of them have tried it and loved it as much if not more than I have. I also love the fact that I like some people have a few acne scars and this cream is actually helping to fix those. I have noticed in the past few days that the scars are not as red or noticeable as before and to me that is a huge plus. Not to mention that this product is organic and I love putting organic things on instead of harsh chemicals. To anyone who wants to try this product it is so worth it.
