I use to work at the body shop so we had to try out most of its products so we have some what knowledge of the products we can sell to the customers, personally I didn't like this product so much it smells great, but made my skin feel so dry afterwards.
This face wash did clean my face but I found it made it overly dry, would not purchase again. And the scent of it is very strong.
I was told to try this cleanser as a way to combat my acne. This managed to calm down the acne momentarily, only to dry out my skin.
Worked well but had a terrible smell that I couldn't stand. I ended up dumping over 75% of the bottle.
I'm currently using this product right now. I really don't see the hype for it. Actually, I've tried all the tea tree oil products from Body Shop, and haven't found them effective. This wash doesn't help with my breakouts and I find new pimples every day. I won't be buying this again.
It's not the most expensive, but not cheap. It was not as effective as I expected, though I had high hopes on it.
I have been breaking out lately and saw that this had a lot of positive feed backs so I decided to purchase this. I used it morning and evening for 2 week straight and saw no improvements. It made my skin feel clean but that was pretty much it. For $11, you get a lot of product.
To be honest, this product did not work for me. Every time I wash my face with it, it would leave behind an oily feeling on my face, it didn't feel as effective. The smell is not that bad, it is bearable. I found that (for me at least), it doesn't really help the blemishes on my face, or help prevent them.
The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Wash (250 ml) for less than $15; again I bought this item when it was on sale. I use this face wash 2 times a day, and it lasts for me about 4 months. The smell is difficult to stand at first but it grew on me. It is a nice cleanser, with lots of lather, but it does not remove all 'impurities' (i.e. foundation) from my skin. After washing my face I have to use a toner; if I didn't I would break out. I would not repurchase this product.
This is a nice product for oily and acne prone skin. It does smell very stongly, but that is the smell of tea tree oil, so you know its working. I personally don't mind the smell, but I know many don't like it. It lathers a lot, and feels tingly when you're done. My only complaint is that when you are done, your face gets that tight and almost dry feeling that some cleaners cause. It also lasts a long time because you only need a small amount for a lot of lather.
