Turmeric trouble

I love The Creme Shop masks, and decided to try the turmeric and matcha. I figured since it has anti inflammatory properties, it be good for my rosacea. Well, it did the opposite. It made it flare up badly over the next few days. I have never had a negative reaction to any of their masks before, and was shocked I did with this one.😓

Does exactly what it says; wish it was cruelty-free!

This was yet another freebie I got from a boutique that I recently visited. I am always looking for ways to brighten my skin, so it did make me curious as to how well this would work. I have to say, the fit of the mask was about average, not as good as some masks I've tried, but better than others, though the serum was a good balance between being creamy and watery. After 20 minutes of it chilling with it on my face, I was honestly astounded at how much brighter my skin looked. I had always heard that turmeric was a great brightening agent, but now I 100% believe it! If this mask was cruelty-free, then I would most certainly be purchasing it to use as a brightener once per week.
