I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish, I went in with an open mind, and didn't let any of the critic's positive or negative reviews impact me and I know that played a part in me loving it.
I loved the complexity of the story, the reality and the fiction, the characters strength, the different puzzles, the pictures and drawings and the different view point. It actually opened up my mind and had me questioning somethings that were written, above all else, I am still brought back to this book even today, I will come across an article or a documentary and think back to what I read and what I researched after I was finished.
The movie wasn't as good as the book, but thats often the case with most novels.
I was actually really surprised how addicted I got to this book. I thought it would be boring, but it wasnt at all! It was gripping and had so many interesting and mysterious things happen. Its one of those books that keep you thinking about it after you are finished.
This book was such a great read. It really got me thinking about the whole conspiracy theories and how religion plays such a hugh factor. Dan Brown continues the story with another two great novels Great suspense and thriller. I highly recommend.
The Da Vinci Code certainly puts a spin on conspiracy theories. It was an interesting take on the quest to find the "holy grail" and just what people will do to protect secrets. I wonder if there could be a cover-up like this one and marvel at the players recruited to keep secrets. It certainly is a different take on history and religion as we know it.
This book was pretty good. it didn't interest me enough, to watch the movie afterwards. But I did read his follow up books as well
I really enjoyed this novel by #DanBrown it was so well written, It is a Thriller that keeps you in suspense. I also love the .#DaVinciCode Movie but I found the book went way more in depth of the story. Great Reading !
I loved this book so much, it was just fun to read and I loved the action of it. I kept having to find out what happens next, what happens next. I especially enjoyed the illustrated version of the book so that I didn't have to keep stopping to see what image or landmark he was talking about. It was all there.
I sat down and read the entire book in two sittings. I didn't sleep much for two days but it was an excellent read. I enjoy Dan Brown as an author.
