This was not the product for me.
I had been searching for an alternative to pads, as I developed an allergic reaction to my regular brand when they made their product "more absorbent." I had been thinking about a menstrual cup for some time, so when I developed an allergy I decided to give it a try.

I found the cup very difficult to insert, I followed all the instructions, tried different folding techniques and finally got it in. But I found it very uncomfortable. I tried it several times, with different flows and it just never was a better experience than using pads, even with an allergic reaction!

I started looking to see if other women had the same issues I was having and it appears the Diva Cup is thicker than some other menstrual cups. Unfortunately, the other brands are not available in my area, so my struggle continues.

This might be perfect for other bodies, but the lack of flexibility in the cup design, just does not work for me.

I loved my Diva cup! I used mine until I got pregnancy of course and it is super easy to use and lasts all day so you don't need to clean up during the day at school or at work. It can be a little messy so that's the best part that it can stay in place for 12 hours. No toxic chemicals and a little mess is fine with me!

I absolutely LOVE my new diva cup, I can honestly say I will never go back to tampons (and I don't know how I used them for so long). While the initial cost for the diva cup is a bit to bite off, it totally pays itself off after the first 2 months. I've even found (since using my diva cup) that my menstrual cramps have lessened).

I liked the idea of the Diva Cup so I bought one. The price was fair but when it came to actually using it I couldn't get the hang of it and found it painful and awkward to wear. I also didn't like the idea of having to rinse it out. What would happen if it needed to be cleaned when I'm outside of the house. If you can get past that issue and get the hang of inserting it, I'm sure this would be a great product for a lot of women.

A chaque mois le même scénario, on se rend en pharmacie et devant les tablettes de serviettes hygiéniques on se demande la quelle choisir cette fois-ci.?? Je vous conseille d'essayé le Diva Cup ! C'est très différent comme procédé mais vraiment plus économique et aussi performant...

I was interested in cups for a long time, but kept putting off on buying one because I was afraid to put out a good chunk of money for something that may end up being useless to me.

I finally bit the bullet and it's been absolutely life changing. Warning: Some TMI ahead.

It took a few months to get used to using the cup - positioning it correctly, both so it wouldn't leak and so I couldn't feel it. I felt the process start over at the beginning of each period and felt some frustration. But I stuck with it because I saw that the times I got it in perfectly (it helps to learn this in the shower, and also to keep your back straight!) I had perfect protection for 12 hours, and virtually no mess when I emptied over the toilet.

My hands almost never have blood on them, and I haven't had a leak in well over a year (since about my third cycle using the cup). I'm absolutely comfortable to put it in and go about my day, away from home, etc. My hands, vag, and panties are all so much cleaner compared to when I used pads, or even tampons. The change is unreal. There are times I actually forget I'm on my period. Yay!

The Diva Cup is comfortable once you figure it out, lasts a long time (bonus - eco friendly!), and holds a lot so you dont' have to worry about 'changing' while you're out and about. It makes your periods so much easier to deal with, and is truly a time saver. At first it took some time to get things positioned, but once you get the hang of it it's just a minute or two from empty to reinserting. And you only have to do this twice a day!

Depuis 2 mois j'utilise la diva cup et j'ai été très contente. Elle permet d'éliminer les fuites et en plus de cela c'est bon pour la planète. Il est important de bien la nettoyer entre chaque utilisation. Fini enfin les lit taché et les vêtements à laver en plein milieux de la nuit.

I love this product. Been using it for years! At first, I found it difficult to insert properly, but I soon got used to it. During my heaviest flow, it has to be changed after about 8 hours. Otherwise, it can stay in for the full 12 hours. It is great value and environmentally friendly. I don't intend to purchase tampons ever again!

One of the best decisions I ever made was buying this product. At first I was hesitant but it's so comfortable and makes you more connected with your body. Saves so much money compared to tampons and pads.

The Diva Cup.... What a beautiful invention !
When I first heard about it, I thought it was gross and that it wasn't effective, but in fact, it is all the contrary ! This discovery is not only good for your body, women, but also for the planet ! It helps create less garbage, which is really good for the environment. As I said, it is also good for you because it doesn't secrete any toxin. It took me a little while to place it correctly, but once you know how, you never go back ;)
