I was disappointed with this mask. There's two steps to do. First is to apply an ampoule on your face. Then once that is one, you put the mask on. The mask was way too big for my face. I had to bunch up the outer sides to sit on my face, or it would actually cover my hair. There was also two long flaps along the jaw line. I didn't really know what to do with them. The cover shows they go around your neck. But these flaps kept falling off.
