Read the book after watching the movie. I honestly liked the book as much as the movie which is normally not an occurrence. The book was good but no wow factor for me. Don't get me wrong, it still had me crying and laughing, I just found it another quick and easy read for me that didn't fully draw my attention.

I enjoyed watching the movie, so I went out and bought the book to compare the differences. The book is a great read that keeps you intrigued and does go into more detail than I movie ever does. The movie did do a great job of casting characters true to the book.

I love this book. I love how you could assume the ending. Great read and have recommended it to many.

I had my hopes up for this because everyone was raving about it, but unfortunately it took me a while to get into it. I did enjoy the story but the movie was not as good. Overall i would recommend! John Green is an amazing author.

I found this a very cheesy story with little substance.

Absolutely loved this book. I love John Green's style of writing and even though his subject matter is primarily geared toward young adults, he has a way of appealing to us older folk as well.

i bought this book awhile ago at our local bookstore because i had been hearing alot about the movie and i usually like to read the book before i see movie , this book was soo emotional and heartbreaking but it was also funny and lighthearted at times which is a big seller for me because i like to read a book that is sad but there should also be parts that are in there for some relief . i tell you by the end i was balling my eyes out soo hard and i don't like to think im a softy but this just got me . there's a twist in here that just breaks your heart but its a beautiful love story as well and the characters are as vivid as if i knew them myself . i felt like i went on the life journey with them and im honored to have been able to do that . all in all this is a must read . it'd even be ok for teens if they don't mind shedding a few tears .

This is the best love story I have read, it is believable, brutal, honest, and real. This book will make you cry but you will love every tear. Perfect for any age, an easy read but will not make older readers feel like they are reading a childs book.

    DFTBA.
