John Green's novel 'The Fault in Our Stars' was so well written it made me cry on more then one occasion. He has us laughing, cheering and enraged with every thrilling moment of Hazel and Gus's love story! LOVE THIS BOOK! After reading go appreciate how good the movie is too!
This is a pretty good book. It's the type that really gets you from the subject matter though. Arguably more hype than substance.
I read this book twice. Once, when I was a little younger when it first came out, and again about a year and a half ago - while on a long international flight with coworkers. Nearing the end of our overnight flight, I was nearing the end of the book - and trying not to humiliate myself too much by getting incredibly emotional - but come on, you can't help it! The book was so sweet, not overly cheesy like many YA novels. I will likely read again and again.
I loved this book, I've read it twice now. I think the love story is truly amazing and it's not cheesy at all, it's a really touching and inspiring novel, had me crying like a baby!
I loved the movie and just read the book, like always it was much better! I recommend to everyone its such a sweet book
I was given this book from a friend who said it was a must read. Funny, cute and sad this book takes you through numerous emotions. I enjoyed reading it but doubt I'd read it again. As an adult I find it hard to truly enjoy books written for young adults.
