Excellent book to keep handy....FULL of recipes for almost every ailment you can think of and multiple suggestions on how to use essential oils, from beauty products to gardening, cooking, even making your own perfumes. It's nicely laid out, explains the medicinal qualities of each essential oil, and gives dosages, as well as cautions. It's functional and straightforward....no pictures though - only text. I love this little book and use it all the time for my family's health and well-being.
