Fun but not for outdoors

I received this game free to test and review. When it arrived I thought an outdoor board game sounded really cool. Cool, but not at all practical. The cards blew all over even on a calm day and it’s always harder to get kids to focus on a game outside. We will stick to indoors.

Great for older kids

I didn't know what to expect with this game. It's rated 8+ because you need to calculate your points to win and there are 'action cards' to obtain points such as: making-up a song that rhymes, who can stand on one foot the longest, etc. My 9yr daughter enjoyed the regular game and my 5yr old son was ok playing without the action cards. Overall it's an interesting game but once you go through all the careers/houses etc., it might get boring.

Great family game

This is a great game for family, and it doesn't take as long to finish a game as the regular Life. Having the indoor/outdoor capability along with everything being able to fit in a small space makes this an ideal game to bring on the family trips

A fun game for the whole family!

This game isn’t quite as good as the original but it’s still a fantastic alternative! Once we played a round the rules seemed very easy to follow for everyone, including my 8 year old daughter! She had a blast with all the surprise life events!

Entertaining Boardgame for the whole family

My whole family absolutely loved this new version of the game of life. It was different and very enjoyable. We have played it many times since we received it. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone

The Game Of Life With a Twist

I received the Game of Life - Giant Edition Family Board Game for Indoor/Outdoor from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I grew up playing the classic game with my family - so I was very excited to share the experience with my kids. The game concept is the same but the way you play is VERY different. When I read giant during the application phase I didn't expect it to be this GIANT! We did have loads of fun (my younger one got bored but its not really for his age anyways) and we will be bringing this along camping this summer. If you are expecting the game to be the same as the one from the 90s - it isn't - its improved to be more current which makes it even more fun. I do with the spinner would spin more - that was half the fun for the kids!

We received this free product for #butterly #trybeforeyoubuy. When playing this game y When playing this game you need a lot of space and if you are playing outdoors make sure it’s not windy at all. The cards and board will fly away. The instructions were a little confusing at first but we got the hang of it. The spinner is very difficult to maneuver. It does not spin very well. But overall we will play again.
