This snack is gluten free and nut free.

What I love about snacks like this, is that they offer a healthy alternative for snack lovers and people in the go. They are tasty and definetly much better than chips or some other packaged snack. I will say, I myself am not too fond of them for one reason, it is too spicy for me. They are not overly spicy, I am just a whims when it comes to spicy foods. My thirst gets irritated with spiced and I will have a coughing fit for hours. My brother who has a gluten free diet, loves these. He chooses them over chips or chocolate. I do love to have them on hand for him. I also am intrigued enough to try their other flavours.
