Pha toner

I really like this pha toner - it’s super gentle and makes my skin so smooth and soft. I’m not a retinol user so I don’t want dry and flaky skin. I read that pha molecules are large so they won’t cause flakiness.
I would say this toner does an awesome job at a great price point.
It also helps with hyperpigmentation which I love about this toner.
