    Very informative

    I started my keto journey in March of 2017. Just around that time this book was released and I read this book from cover to cover, made a few recipes and have shared to others how amazing this boon is. The author Leanne Vogel is truly passionate about ketogenic way of living and most especially focused on helping women achieve their health goals. Her approach is very straight forward and very compassionate.

    The book is very thick. 120+ recipes. Easy to make and tastes great. There are meal plans tailored to your health goals/ needs and she has a huge online support group as well beyond the book. She has a great podcast as well.

    The book has tons of information. Great for someone who wants to start the ketogenic diet. It is very well written, laid out and very easy to understand

    Such an informative guide to low carb whole food eating . you can feel the passion of the authour just through words alone, never mind the visuals that make all the content come together. Great work and highly recommended.
