Steamed about a dozen using salted water, these potatoes came out tender, yet they were bitter, and tasted like the ground they grew in. I thought the first potato was at fault and so cut each of the others, they all tasted the same. I wanted to like these. They look beautiful. The flavor is disappointing.

These little potatoes are so easy to use, we usually cut in about four pieces and then toss with grapeseed oil , garlic cloves, and spices we lay them on a parchment covered tray and cook in oven for around 35 to 45 minutes. Delicious!!!!!
