I love doing these kits myself. It is a DIY sun catcher kit that comes in an Ocean theme and a more generic theme. Includes in the kit are the clear templates, a colour guide, and bags of pretty jewels. You peel off the top of the plastic template, lay it over top of the colour guide and place the coloured jewels where they are supposed to go. The kit also includes plastic hang tags so you can hang your creations in a window to catch the sun.
