It doesn't absorb well

While I feel the product was moisturizing, it took forever to sink into my skin. i only used 3 - 4 drops on my face and it would sometimes sit on the surface of my skin for almost an hour making it difficult to layer products. However, for the price of the product, it really provides great value compared to the Drunk Elephant version.

Amazing value

I use this oil on the ends of my hair overnight the night before wash day along with the ordinary argan oil. One pipette of each oil is enough to fully saturate the ends of my hair! This has helped so much in my hair growth. My ends are so much healthier! I’m noticing much less split ends and breakage because of this and my hair is so shiny! I also use this 1/2 times a week on my face which makes my face feel amazing. I feel like any more and my face starts to feel greasy. Such good value other brands marula oil can be so expensive.

Best affordable facial and hair oil!

I love this oil, I use it under my makeup for a glowy effect and in my hair after I shower. It’s so nourishing and makes my skin soft. This is a much more affordable dupe for the drunk elephant marula oil.

My new must have facial moisturizer

I bought this item for $9.99 from Well.ca after hearing about how good it is for your skin. Apparently it's even better than the much praised Jojoba oil. It is high in anti-oxidants and said to be good for moisturizing.

It works wonders and I love it. I wear it at night and wake up to such soft and supple skin. My face feels so good after using this. I've been using it for a month now and will need to get a new bottle soon. I have dry skin and this is amazing. I use it at night to give it a chance to seep into my skin. I use Jojoba oil and a moisturizer during the day.
The marula oil has not caused any acne breakouts and it's so easy to apply and lightweight and the scent is mild but pleasing.
I will have to ensure I always have this fully stocked at home.

A duo purpose product!

Again, another great product from The Ordinary.
Not only can this be used on your skin, it's also a good treat for the hair too!
First, the face....
I only use this at night, just before bed, to allow it to continue working while I sleep.
Sometimes, if my 51 year old skin is feeling particularly tired, it becomes stage 3 in my night-time regime, having used the The Ordinary's Squalane Cleanser and Argireline Solution 10% first.
WARNING! This product goes a long way, so you don't need to use a lot.... Especially once you get into a routine.
If you make that mistake, as I did the first time I used it, just gently dab off the excess and leave it to work its magic overnight.
You'll wake up with amazingly soft and moisturised skin.
My 22 year old daughter, who wears full make-up daily, also uses it when she wants to give her face a beauty treatment. So it's great for any age group too!
Now to the hair!
If like me you have thick, curly or frizzy hair this is brilliant stuff. It can be used as both an overnight treat, with any excess washed off in the morning, or as a boost which is applied when your hair is still damp and gently worked through before drying.
I use it as and when I think it's needed, which for me is once a week-ish.
Again this product goes a long way, so don't use too much! You can always add a little more if it's needed.
After using this, I have found that my hair doesn't hate being straightened any more and just feels amazing.
All this and it comes at a crazy price too.
The entire range is within an amazing price bracket too.

Great product for the value

I stared using this product last year and I heard a lot of good things about marula oil and how it is really good for dry sink and helps keep the moisture in your skin especially during the winter.
Most marula oils are luxury oils and can be very expensive. But the ordinary one is very well priced and so it is great for anyone that wants to try it out.

Now for the product itself, is very lovey and you only need a few drops for the face and it works as marula oil should. It nourishes your skin and helps keep the moisture in, I love using this during the night and day. The only problem is the molecular weight of The Ordinary marula oil is higher and so it doesn’t layer as well as some of the others. When you try to layer this oil on top of other products it does tend to peel off the other products.
I have also tried the drunk elephant marula oil which is quite a bit expensive, but it has a lower molecular weight and sinks into the skin much easier and very nice to layer.

Wow!!

I am so pleasantly surprised with this product! I use this as a night moisturizer because it is wuite oily and takes some time to absord, but oh my goodness does my face feel amazing in the morning!
It only takes a few drops and the results have been great! This product has been a life saver for the dry winter months.
The price can’t be beat! Other brands sell the same product for 20x the mark up.

The best

I absolutely love the ordinarys virgin marula oil! It is so good and moisturizing! I love everything about it, it’s super light and has no scent which is awesome! Not to mention, the price cannot be beat! This is an amazing product!

Perfection in a bottle!

This oil is the best thing I’ve used on my face! I have eczema on my face and this bad boy helps to sooth the flare ups! I also mix it into my body lotion for extra hydration! The ordinary has amazing price points and I always recommend their line.
