Amazing !

One of my favourite skin care products and ingredients! It is so affordable and of great quality. I love how it can be used on the skin and hair, which is what I use it for. I like to add this oil in my face moisturizer and love to apply it to my hair when it is wet because it is so hydrating. In terms of my skin, I wake up with it feeling plumped, hydrated and glowy! Highly recommend to people who struggle with dry skin or hair.

j'etais decu avec ce produit parce qu'il y a beaucoup de "hype" avec squalene alors je pensais qu'il aurai fait un grand difference pour le peau. je n'ai pas vu aucuns changements and je ne pense pas qu'il etait hydratant.

Great affordable facial oil!

I use facial oils under moisturizer in the drier months and it makes a world of difference if you have dry or dehydrated skin! (Especially if you find moisturizer isn’t enough) This is one of a few I enjoy that doesn’t seem to cause milia, and is non-irritating. It’s a thicker oil so it performs best on damp skin, which helps absorption, otherwise it can feel a bit heavy. The price point is amazing!

Amazing hydration at an affordable price

I love this product. I use it every night in my PM skincare regimen. It provides fantastic hydration without clogging my pore. In the morning my skin looks refreshed and moisturized. Would recommend

Keeps my skin hydrated

This is the best product that's been keeping my face hydrated for years. I've tried lots of creams and lotions that left my skin feeling dry moments after application. I use Squalene all year long after applying the Ordinary Buffet serum and my skin is hydrated all day long. In the dry harsh winter, I'll add a small layer of moisturizer, but that's it.

LOVE THIS OIL!!!

This oil is SOO LIGHTWEIGHT!! You don't feel it at all as it just soaks right into your skin! I use this when my skin feels a bit dry and I also use this in my hair after I take a shower!! If I put it on at night I don't feel it in the morning and I just love this face oil!! It was only 3.95 too!!

I Wanted to Love it, but it Broke Me Out!

I wanted to love this product, as it was my first purchase from The Ordinary, but it broke me out so badly! I would only use about 3-5 drops and the next day I would develop cystic acne in places I normally would not get it (normally I only experience cysts from hormonal causes). Someone recommended using this as a hair serum so that is all I will be using it for, or maybe as a hand moisturizer. Definitely would not repurchase!

Must-have Skincare

I have claimed The Ordinary's plant derived sqalane as a must-have item. I love massaging it into my skin and using a cold face roller to massage it in more! It really leaves my skin feeling hydrated without a super oily look or feeling. I have also used it by putting a few drops into my hands and massaging into the ends of my hair, I think it helps keep my hair soft but cannot say for certain.
