No visible results

I tried using this for 6 months with no visible results. I get more results from using the Ordinary niacinamide. I have used these two products together and feel the arbutin does nothing for me. Might work for someone else.

It did nothing

I’m on my second tube in hopes of fading my acne marks but it didn’t fade it. I still have half of the bottle left but I got tired of using it as I don’t see results. I guess, this product is not for me. I’m glad that it’s cheap.

Pretty good

It helped clear up my acne and some acne scars and blemishes. I finished the bottle and expected more from it, perfomance wise. It did help but not enough. Though I do like it, and definately more than the niancinimide. But just don't but random stuff for your skin, do what will balance it and not wreck it, please.

Lightweight, non-greasy, but haven't really seen results

I've been using this product twice a day for about three weeks, and haven't noticed a difference in my dark spots or blotchiness. That said, I have pretty bad sun damage, so I might just need a different solution.

The product itself is really nice. I've been using it as a base before my other serums and oils, and it's really lightweight and non-greasy, which I appreciate.

You can't go wrong with the price either!

I'm going to continue using this until the bottle is empty, and see if the results become more noticeable over time.

This one was a fail for me

I had high hopes for this to brighten and fade some hyper-pigmentation on an old scar but it had the opposite effect on me. After the third time I used this, everything looked darker so I stopped. It was disappointing but I paid less than $10 so I didn't get too bent. My daughter has a darker complexion and oily skin, with active acne and the dark marks and pits from old cystic acne. I gave it to her and she's had great success, acne drying up quicker, less breakouts and the dark marks have almost faded after only one bottle. After seeing her success I doubted myself and gave it another go but had the same darkening reaction. I'm a fan of other products from The Ordinary that meet my needs but can't recommend this one based on MY experience.
