    Perfection

This feels like single cream and I don’t think it will give me the coverage I want. I am wrong this foundation blends well using either my fingers or my damp BeautyBlender. It tones down the redness in my cheeks and nose without hiding my freckles. It evens out my skin and doesn’t sit in any fine lines that I have. My skin does not feel as if I have any foundation on and lasts all day with or without using a primer underneath. I like the fact that if I want to build coverage in areas I want without it looking thick or moving the foundation I have already applied. It has a semi- matte finish which I love as it looks natural without looking cakey. I love the fact that I can use the same colour in both the Serum and Coverage without having to remember what the colour is called. Because of the formula there maybe two or three shades that I can wear but I haven’t tried YET! Re-purchase them – yes of course they are the best foundation that I have found.

    Affordable Luxury

I bought this product on a whim. I was looking for a foundation that wouldn't harm my already blemished skin. Trying new products, especially on my face is always a risk in itself. I never know how my unruly skin will react. I'd heard great things about The Ordinary range. From its vegan and cruelty free ethos, to its extremely affordable pricing.
The packaging the product comes in can be a little daunting. The Ordinary product aesthetics are all very simple but very complex in regards to information. The packaging has A LOT of information, but don't let that put you off. The product is secure inside the packaging which makes it easy to transport, without the risk of leakage or damage. The foundation comes in a pump style bottle with a matte effect finish. Once again, the bottle has a lot of information on it, which is necessary if you want to discard the outer packaging.

I am extremely fussy when it comes to foundations, as any woman should be. I take into account the feel, durability and coverage. The Ordinary Colours Full Coverage Foundation is very lightweight, very spreadable. It doesn't feel thick or clog on the face and provides a good coverage which you can build upon to reach your desired consistency.

The foundation itself didn't cause any reaction to my skin and lasted a good 5-6hours before any sort of fading or absorption.

I got this product online for £5.90, which for a full coverage foundation of such quality is remarkably cheap. The quality is excellent, the feel upon your skin is smooth and the durability is perfect for events or nights out where you need your make up to stay put. Not only this, at the end of the night it was easy to remove and didn't harbour in my pours.

Overall I would highly recommend this product and I look forward to reviewing some more from their range.

    The Ordinary Colours High-Coverage Foundation

I bought The Ordinary Full-Coverage Foundation. I use this foundation every day it is my go-to right now. The coverage is incredible, the foundation is lightweight, and it blends perfectly. Remember to shake the foundation before pumping it. A little foundation goes a long way and the foundation is incredibly affordable. There are also different options for different undertones. I bought 1.0 NS Very Fair which is Neutral with Silver Highlights and 1.0 P Very Fair which has Pink undertones. The only negative I will say is they don't have much of a shade range for darker skin tones.
