Affordable but not super effective for everyone

My review for this Ordinary product is pretty much what I'll say for this whole brand across the board. The products are really cheap and isolate specific issues, so it's really nice that you can buy individual serums for whatever your concerns are. I do like this retinol serum because it's creamy and feels nice on the skin, and isn't drying as opposed to the oil based version. Other than that, I don't think it's done much. I used it daily for about a year and noticed no changes in any of my fine lines. I've also used the Ordinary's other products and found them to be just ok. Not really that effective but not irritating either. I think this brand is great for trying out serums without paying $70 per bottle to see if it's something you might put into your regular routine. If it works for you, amazing, but the concentration is not very potent.
