Worth Every Penny
Cannot express how impressed I was with my recent purchase from Deciem.
For $6 it was definitely worth a try...and I am so glad I did give this a try!
It is a simple and effective moisturizer. I would say this is best used during colder times of the year. Squeezed out of the tube it has a thick texture but it spreads easily and absorbs well. It does not have a greasy feel.
I’ve used this for over a week. My skin has not experienced any breakouts, it is smoother, and looks more healthy than last week.
Game changer
Oh my gosh this is a game changer for me. Started using this on a whim as i had nothing to loose with this price point. It’s the only moisturizer that doesn’t make my face freak out. I LOVE this brand and everything in it. It’s simple, it works and it’s cheap!!!! I just wish it was in stock it’s always sold out!!!
Great moisturizer but not for extremely dry skin
I love this moisturizer (along with every other product from The Ordinary!), however just by itself, it wasn't moisturizing enough for me. I decided to mix this at night with a few drops of the squalene from The Ordinary and saw a real difference! Maybe in the summer I'll be able to wear it alone. Overall it is a great product that spreads easily, doesn't feel heavy, absorbs right away and does seal in serums really well.
Effective and INEXPENSIVE
I am so glad that the Ordinary has become more available. I love the price points so I was excited to try this moisturizer. First off, I love their simplistic and sleek packaging. The moisturizer is unscented, which is great for people who do not like scents. I do not mind a little scent myself. The texture is great, I do not find it sticky or tacky or hard to apply. It applies nicely and absorbs quickly. I love using this at night to seal in my serums and in conjunction with my face oils. I wish this cream came in a bigger size. At this awesome price point, I feel that everyone should give this a try. It moisturizes and is hydrating! Also, it does not feel heavy!
So good for dry skin!
I just started adding the ordinary products to my skincare routine and I can’t believe how great this feels on my skin. Such a great price to try out, and dries so quickly. Love this, especially for the winter!
It's a miracle worker for the price of a latte
This is just a basic hydrating cream with no frills and no gimmicks that simply work. my sensitive combo skins drinks it quickly and never reacts against it. a great great great product to always have at hand.
Very hydrating and effective
I've been using oils exclusively for a few years now but since introducing The Ordinary's range of acids, I've found that my skin needs a little extra moisture. I just added this recently and found my skin responded really well to it. It absorbs quickly and hydrates so well. It is just the extra step my skin needs for the winter.
Great everyday moisturizer
This is a good basic moisturizer with decent ingredients and no dimethicone. It is not as heavy as other moisturizers, but it is not light either. It is somewhere in between. This doesn't smell like anything, but does smell a little chemically. The 30 ml size is great for travelling. It combines well with the caffiene, though pills on top of niacinimide.
This is also a good moisturizer for men, as it dries down fairly matte. Great for mixing with other things, as the formula is so inert and sensitive friendly. Beware of the HA in the formula as it can dry out skin depending on climate.
Great Moisturizer
Its a great lightweight moisturizer, which I was surprised since the product its self is thick but once worked in applies very light and my skin absorbs it well. It works best in a whole moisturizing routine of misting, serum and followed by the moisturizer. I especially love the that is a quality product and even greater price point. I love the entire brands products from foundation to skin products I use them daily.
Awful
Worst moisturizer I've ever tried. And first product from The Ordinary (Deciem) that disappointed me. This product is too thick and it's not absorbed into the skin. You just smear this white substance, and tap, and dub.. but you still see white patches, then you lose patience and just leave it. Skin feels trapped in some sort of mask, skin panics and sweats. Under the film (so weird and uncomfortable feeling). So you just go and wash it off. I honestly tried it for three weeks before posting, but every time I had the above mentioned scenario. This brand is evolving, so I'm sure they will make a better moisturizer in the nearest future
