Disclaimer: I received this book for free as part of a Goodreads Giveaway.

I had to read this book in its entirety the moment I started it. It was informative without being boring and it was brief enough that it held my attention all while still educating me properly. Not only is the book small enough to carry along with you, such as when travelling, it is also organized well and the table of contents details exactly where you need to find what you want.

I liked how the author used a professional tone in such a way that allowed for easy understanding. It was casual enough that it felt like a learning experience instead of a lecture, and experience was mixed with the occasional opinion just enough to make it interesting without losing its professional feel.

I wish it were longer, though, as I believe that there is so much more etiquette that could be taught but then again this is a pocket book so it did serve its purpose. For a quick reference book it does more than is expected and does so well. If I ever need to rely on finding information quickly, I know I'll rely on this book more so than the internet to find what I need quickly and accurately.
