I read part of this book, put it down and went a long time before I actually finished it. The book is about twins (one boy and one girl), the boy is Bipolar type 1. Most of the story line is about the sister actively trying to find her twin brother and telling the backstory about his illness.

She joins a storm chasers group to try to find him because that is what he is most fixated on.

Pretty good read, the second half of the book was better than the first half.
