Engrossing thriller

The Thirst was my first Jo Nesbo book and it blew me away. The suspense, grit, violence, and fast pace kept me up all night reading. Harry Hole has fast become one of my favourite characters. He is enduring, broken, and real. Although The Thirst is technically a standalone I will definitely be reading the other books to get more background on Harry and his emotional turmoil. The Thirst is a crime lovers dream, it's frighteningly twisted and gruesomely real. I highly recommend The Thirst. Thank you NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read this amazing author.
