a fun light read about a dysfunctional family on vacation. great descriptions of their vacation spot had me wishing i was reading this book poolside

The Vacationers is a lovely piece of work that was a lot of fun to read. Emma Straub's new novel follows an extended family on their Summer vacation in Mallorca. The characters are engaging, and the descriptions of the food and scenery will make you want to book a trip of your own. I couldn't put it down!
