Cons: Takes 3 min to completely dry after applying or else the lash curler will peel the strip off if used right away.

I believe they got the name because of the shape but it wasn't a soft felt tip where it bends and glides like a paint brush as its the kind is with a stiff tip. Another thing to take note is that like many liquid liner, the handle makes up 70% of the product so if this may be a con for those who use on a daily basis. Otherwise the pros outweighs the cons and I would buy it again.
